AstraPay is a demonstration fintech application. Accounts, account and routing numbers, and balances are simulated and assigned manually for demonstration purposes. AstraPay does not hold real funds or connect to real banking networks.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AstraPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and complete identity verification (KYC) before your account is activated by our team.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Simulated service

Balances and transfers within AstraPay are simulated. No real money is stored, moved, or withdrawable. Do not rely on AstraPay for actual financial transactions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, submit fraudulent identity documents, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraPay is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
